This spring, Allan and I were lucky enough to have Brandie White as our realtor while we searched for our first home together. We were nervous and anxious about all the unknowns of owning a home, but Brandie was there with us through each step with an explanation that put us at ease. Although she and I had not met previously, it was looking for our home with a best friend. She listened to what we wanted and found places that had just what we need. When we finally found our home, I remember I first looked at Allan and we both knew we wanted it; then we looked at Brandie and she knew too. She spent the time with us really getting to know, enough to even know what we were thinking before we found the words. She expertly navigated the difficult housing market and worked for us to find our home with such an amazing passion. As first-time homeowners we were so excited to find our first home and her excitement matched our making the process so completely positive and memorable. Brandie was absolutely fantastic with our whole family and quickly and easily became our son’s new best friend (he still asks if she’s going to show us houses again).
Although we found a home we will love forever, I almost wish we could look again just to get some more of that wonderfully positive experience we gained from Brandie. I would recommend Brandie White to anyone anytime when looking for a home. She is truly fantastic at what she does and makes the process so positive. Every time we met with Brandie or spoke with her she went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, that our questions were answered and that we were comfortable enough to ask those ‘I’ve never owned a house before so maybe this is a silly question but..’ kind of questions. Whether you’re looking for your first home, a new home, or selling I recommend Brandie 1,000 percent – she is that good! We could not have had a better home buying experience and Brandie is the reason for that!!!
